Product Warranties
Regardless of whether the product was fulfilled by Echo or your company, any issues arising outside the return window due to manufacturing defects will be covered under our warranty.
No product registration is required. To file a warranty claim, customers complete the troubleshooting guide and Warranty Review form at echowater.com/pages/warranty-review, selecting "Wholesaler" as the purchase channel and providing proof of purchase from your business. Once a claim is submitted, Echo will handle the customer’s warranty needs directly.
Manuals, installation guides, product FAQs and troubleshooting articles for every Echo product are in the Echo Support Center.
If a customer has questions or needs assistance troubleshooting an issue with their Echo Product, your customer service team is encouraged to contact our support team at wholesale@echowater.com. Alternatively, you may direct customers to us for help with any product concerns or questions you are unable to address.
Product Warranties
Each product includes a specific pro-rated warranty guide. For detailed information, click on a product below. Here is a brief overview of what may void or is not covered under warranty—please refer to your product's specific warranty guide for complete details:
- Accidental damage, such as dropping the product
- Damage caused intentionally or through negligence
- Staining or exposure to sunlight, harsh chemicals or elements, cold or freezing temperatures, or water damage
- Results from after-market testing meters or blue reagents, as these methods cannot accurately measure hydrogen levels and are not accepted for warranty purposes.
