Why Echo

Hydrogen enters the body and immediately begins reacting with the cells around it, lowering blood oxidative stress. You may feel this more immediately in the mouth as your saliva production balances.

Though you may not feel it, your breath hydrogen is increasing to maximum level, while your body increases antioxidant capacity.

Increased alertness means that you may find it easier to concentrate. Physical tasks become slightly easier. In fact, you may not even need that second cup of coffee.

Hydrogen enters the lungs, blood stream, and muscles. You’re gaining more oxygen and releasing more CO2 per breath. Endurance increases along with improved blood flow as H2 reaches its maximum concentration in the bloodstream.

Your sympathetic nervous system activity increases, improving your ability to deal with stressful situations. Exercise endurance continues to improve, and you may find your workouts easier on the body.

Your muscles are recovering faster from your workouts, and you may find a pleasant bump in your gym performance. Hydrogen inside the bloodstream continues to reduce oxidative stress.

Blood lactate levels are reduced and aerobic performance increases. Heart rate recovery improves as the muscles continue to reap the benefits of hydrogen.

Cardiovascular function continues to improve, with an increase in peak power output. After drinking hydrogen water for two weeks, healthy bacteria increase within the gut, while unhealthy bacteria will decrease.

In just three weeks, your hydration and acid-base balance have improved, while you can now see an improvement in both anaerobic and aerobic exercises.
